Electric scooters are allowed on City streets if they have a bike lane present and on sidewalks, but riders must yield to pedestrians and abide by traffic laws. It is important to note that only one rider is permitted per device. Electric scooters are not allowed in city parks, plazas, or on any areas designated for vehicular traffic that do not have bike lanes. Riders are expected to have a valid driver's license or government-issued ID.

Max Speed
