While Class I pedal-assist and Class II throttle-assist e-bikes continue to have access to City of Durango hard surface trails, the use of electric scooters is regulated with more restrictions. However, their use is prohibited on certain city trails where signs specifically forbid motorized vehicles, including scooters. It’s important to check the latest local ordinances and signage for any updates or changes to these regulations.
