Comparative Review: EMOVE Cruiser Vs Apollo Pro Electric Scooters
When comparing two of the electric scooter market's most impressive performers, the EMOVE Cruiser and the Apollo Pro, a host of factors come into play. Power, range, ride quality, weight limit, and pricing are among the key features that potential buyers often consider.
Starting with power, the Apollo Pro boasts a dual-motor system creating a total output of 1200W-2000W depending on the model. This undoubtedly positions it ahead of the EMOVE Cruiser which has a 600W nominal and 1600W peak power output. As a result, the Apollo Pro leads in top speed, reaching up to 60km/h, while the Cruiser maxes out at approximately 45km/h.
In terms of range, the EMOVE Cruiser impresses with a spectacular 100km normally, coming from a 52V 30Ah battery, while the Apollo Pro falls slightly behind, with a maximum range of 90km.
However, the Apollo Pro outshines the EMOVE Cruiser in off-road performance. Thanks to its robust suspension system and larger pneumatic tyres, the Apollo Pro provides a smooth ride even on challenging terrains. The EMOVE Cruiser, despite featuring air-filled tires and a front suspension, proves to be more suited to city commuting.
The weight limit on both scooters is similar, with the Apollo Pro supporting up to 150kg and the EMOVE Cruiser supporting relatively close at 160kg. Both are feature-rich, offering innovative security measures, intuitive controls, and engaging displays.
In terms of pricing, the EMOVE Cruiser stands as the relatively more affordable choice, retailing at approximately $1,399, compared to $1,849 for the Apollo Pro 52V model. It's important to remember that each scooter offers unique features and performance capabilities that justify their respective price tags.
In conclusion, both the EMOVE Cruiser and the Apollo Pro are solid choices, with differences in performance, range, terrain handling, and price introducing variables to consider.
